How do I make a purchase?

Do you have a physical store?

No. NEXO operates exclusively as an online store, which allows us to offer competitive prices and ship to various regions.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, as well as Spain and the United States. Available shipping options will be displayed when you enter your address at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics. You will receive a tracking code by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What are the payment methods?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payment gateways indicated at the time of purchase.

Can I pay in cash or cash on delivery?

Not at the moment. All orders must be paid online through our secure payment methods before being processed.

Can I change my order or address?

It is only possible to edit or cancel an order before it enters the dispatch process. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, modifications will not be possible.

Can I add more items to an order?

For logistical reasons, we cannot add items to already confirmed orders. If you want more products, you will need to place a new, separate order.

Where do the products come from?

NEXO works with logistics centers strategically located in different parts of the world (including Asia, Europe, and America) to ensure availability and the best price. Your order will be shipped from the most efficient warehouse based on your location.

I only received part of my order, is this normal?

Yes, it is possible. If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive corresponding tracking for each one.

What is the exchange and return policy?

You have 7 days for returns due to withdrawal and 30 days for factory defects from the delivery date. Items must be new and in their original packaging. Contact us to initiate the process.

What do I do if my delivery is delayed?

Check the latest status with your tracking code. If the deadline has exceeded the 5 to 12 business day estimate, please contact us so we can review the case with the carrier.
